Shoot with singer Bill Downs from BBC's The Voice

A few weeks ago I was very lucky to work along side fellow photographer Ferdusi Ahmed.
We had a shoot booked with Norfolk Singer song writer, and star of BBC's The Voice, Bill Downs.

Bill is an extremely talented singer, and someone that we had both known for a number of years. Bill was recently in the BBC's Music show The Voice, and made it in to Team Danny.



Ferdusi is a great organiser, she set to work working out all the logistics of the shoot and also the style that would work best for Bill.
She arranged Outfits, venue and also a car to be used in the shoot.

The venue Ferdusi chose was Sprowston Manor, which is a stunning venue based on the outskirts of Norwich. They allowed us to use the Hotel and the grounds, and even supplied us with a room to put all our equipment.

The great guys at Jonathan Trumbull were very kind and supplied the outfits for the shoot. They fitted Bill out with a great Hugo Boss suit, and also a casual outfit. Make sure you check these guys out. They have a fantastic store located on St Stephens in Norwich.

Next up to help was John from Norwich Wedding Cars. John supply us with his beautiful Bentley Flying Spur which was a great addition to the shoot. If your getting married, or need a car for a special occasion then this is the car for you.

Lynford Hall Hotel - Norfolk Wedding Venue - James Neale Photography

Last week I was booked to photograph the stunning Lynford Hall Hotel.

Its set on the outskirts of Thetford Forest park and is a stunning venue. Whether its a weekend break you're looking for, an evening meal or to host your wedding day or conference, Lynford will be able to accommodate your needs.

Lynford Hall has so much history about the place. In its time the Hall has played host to many world famous names from American Presidents to British Prime Ministers and was also the setting for great Tv Comedy series Allo Allo. If you haven't been before, its well worth the visit.

 I was there to photograph the hotel to build up a portfolio of images that they can use on brochures, websites and other marketing materials. Below are some of the images.

Fashion Show at popular Norfolk wedding venue, Hunters Hall.

On Friday night I was invited to a charity Fashion show being help at popular Norfolk wedding venue, Hunters Hall. The Night was a great success and raised lots of money for Dereham Cancer Care. The Fashion show was full of outfits for special occasions, ball gowns, cocktail dresses and formal day wear from The Dressing Room in Mattishall. Also on the night there were various stalls including, Hairstylists, jewellery and a guy selling these amazing picnic hampers. The night was concluded with a raffle, with prizes that had been donated by local businesses. I won, wait for it.......A free portrait Sitting with a local Photographer!
